TERMS & Conditions

Payment Terms: 25% at reservation, 25% 30 days before checkin date, 50% at Checkin. All upfront payments are non-refundable. If Guest is not present on the Apartment on a 24h period starting from 3PM of the Checkin Day (= no-show).

There is a guarantee payment of 200€ at checkin that will be returned at the end of the stay if all is well with the Apartment.

At Check-in Someone from the team will meet and greet you at the Apartment lobby!

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.

Maximum number of persons to occupy the apartment: 4 (four).

As per European and Portuguese legal requirements every guest that is not resident in Portugal will have to show an ID (Passport, National ID) at Checkin so the data can be reported to the national authorities as required by Law.

If after checkin we have to go to the Apartment by any reason that it's Guest's responsability (example: door keys left inside the Apartment) - there will be a cost (30€) associated with that service.

Please keep silent between 22h and 8h to respect everyones resting time.

RENTAL CONTRACT

All rentals will need to have a signed agreement equal to the one in this PDF (template).
